Deposit
When you book an appointment over the phone or through email for Colour, Foil, Balayage/Bleach Services, Keratin Treatment and Chemical Straightening $100 deposit will be required to secure your booking. Our online booking requires 30% of the total cost of your booking on all services. Deposit fee will be held against your booking as a credit towards that appointment and it's NON-REFUNDABLE.
48 Hours Notice
We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours too. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will forfeit your deposit fee or up to 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for. If more than 48 hours notice is given your deposit can be used in the form of salon credit, which can be applied towards future services or retail products. Please note that all appointments are eligible for ONE rescheduling.
Late
Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15-20 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a cancelation fee.
No Show
Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the cost of services you are reserved for. No show may prevent you from making future booking.
Refund
If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds. Please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service. We don’t refund on hair products, we will happily exchange them if the item is faulty.
Allergic Reactions
Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any known allergies or sensitivities before receiving any service. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions. By receiving services, clients accept the risks and acknowledge that Jc’s Hair Artistry and its staff are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from our products or services.
Right to Refuse
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
Health and Safety
The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are not feeling well or have any flu symptoms, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
